I can’t believe that I am posting too, after seeing how many years and complaints have been raised in this community. Verizon has done nothing to fix this marketing nightmare and it is a bait and switch. Lawyers and media should get involved to stop this as well as the BBB. Verizon - these are your customers complaining. Shame on you for not listening! If you want to look really close at the size 4 font that says refill, you might catch the error but obviously that is why it is size 4 font. They don’t want you to catch it. You should be able to apply it to your account - prepaid or not. Social media is our next best friend.
Same here!! My daughter bought me some cards as a surprise and sadly they are the refillable ones. There has to be something that they can do as I have been on the phone with Verizon for about an hour trying to get it figured out but no one can help or give me any straight answers.
I haven't heard of any cards which are for postpaid service. They are all for prepaid service and it's even more confusing than you'd think because there are Total by Verizon and Visible by Verizon refill cards out there along with regular Verizon Prepaid cards. And none of them are interchangeable! Has anyone tried calling Verizon Prepaid CS at 888-294-6804 (this is the number I got from the website for Prepaid) and seeing if the cards can be refunded?
