Refill card

Just bought a 50$REFILL card ...called the number entered the pin and it said invalid....went on my account entered it and it said the card wasn't valid..I've called every VERSION number can't get no HUMAN...this is very upsetting..my account payment was due today..the fact there is nobody to assist you after you spent 100's using this service is upsetting.

Anytime you have issues with a refill card, you can call Prepaid services at 888-294-6804. If you have the receipt, you can try to go back to the store, and tell them it is empty, or says invalid to make sure the card was scanned correctly, you can even set up autopay, or use a debit card instead of paying for a refill card.

There are several different versions of Verizon Prepaid refill cards out there, because there are a number of subsidiary budget carriers run by Verizon which are for all practical purposes considered 3rd parties. If you are directly with Verizon as a prepaid customer but erroneously buy a Total By Verizon or Visible by Verizon refill card instead of a plain Verizon refill card, the other cards will NOT work.
