Refund from my Prepaid phone?

Hello, i just recently got a new phone (a Google Pixel 2) because my old phone was dying and i wish to cancel my prepaid phone but don't want to lose the money i had put on it, so basically my question is, is there a way to get a refund of the money i had put on the phone?

Gugon88 Having a good working phone is important. The new Google Pixel 2 is a fantastic phone. I want to make sure you get the assistance that you need. Although we do not support Prepay services fully through our forums, I'm confident that our Prepay Department will be able to shed some light on your concern.
To reach our Prepay Team, please dial 888-294-6804 from a number other than your prepaid phone. When prompted, enter your prepaid phone number. Then press 4 (for questions or to change something), then 5 (for Store Locations or Billing Questions), then 4 (for Customer Service Rep) and then enter your passcode for your account. If you do not know the passcode, enter in four zeros. Then the system will transfer you to a prepaid representative.
