SOS phone not working very upset!

I’ve tried to talk to someone who can comprehend simple a task my phone is not working drops calls they decided to mail me out a new phone but in the meantime my current phone was not working lost money I RUN A BUSINESS need my phone at all times!!! Wait in to speak to a SUPERVISOR is nearly impossible day 3 week 3 let’s see if I can speak with someone today after they keep putting me on hold in hopes that I will hang up the WORST!!!

I'm assuming you've been through some troubleshooting steps on your phone and that hasn't worked, so won't go into those details. If you haven't done any troubleshooting, there is quite a bit of information on Verizon's website if you look up your phone's make and model for assorted things you can try. Otherwise...
If this is only a recent problem, have you used the Check Network Status link on Verizon's website to see if there's an outage in your area? While it says outages can be resolved within 12 hours, I've seen it take longer than that as it depends on exactly what the problem was. However, if your service has always been terrible and it's been going on for a long time (several months or more), Verizon may simply not be any good where you are and it's time to switch providers. Calls dropping are a symptom of poor signal strength, so you could be in a dead zone.
