I have called Verizon over 5 times now and spent multiple hours on the phone with 3 different agents and 2 of them said they put in a help ticket. Well I just got on chat and agent says NO TICKETS were ever put in.. all to still have an unresolved issue . I spent days and hours with 3 agents troubleshoot with no resolution thats why the tickets. So Verizon help agents are lying to their customers!! I have been with Verizon for years!!
I want to speak to a REAL supervisor!!!
