Transfer balance to a new sim card and jetpack

Hello,

My old 4G/LTE died. So we have a new 5G with a new sim card.

The question is:

1. Is it possible to transfer the remaining balance to the new Jetpack and new Sim card?

2. If yes, can you show me the link that I can follow?

3. If no, is there an online link that I can load the new sim card for new number for new jetpack without having to call and be in line forever?
