I have been trying for over a month to add a debit card and set up autopay on my prepaid Verizon account. All of my attempts have been unsuccessful with chat and calling customer service which are all automated. I haven't been able to connect with a real person to discuss my issue. This process began when my debit card associated with my Verizon account was compromised and a new debit card was issued to me. When I received the new debit card I went into the My Verizon app to edit my card and I wasn't allowed to do that so I deleted the old debit card and tried to add a new debit card but I have been unsuccessful. The errors that appear are we can't process your request right now please try again later; you are not able to add more fund to this monthly cycle; and you have exceeded the number of times you can add a new debit card to your account. This is frustrating as I have never had an issue in the 10 years I have been a Verizon customer. Please Help! My payment is due in 5 days and I don't know what to do!
