Unlimited ultimate international calling and text

I live in USA. Are calling and text both within a particular country (on the list of the 210 countries) as well as texts and calls from the country to USA included in unlimited ultimate plan? I ask because some internet searches for this information list a cost of $12 extra per day. Thanks

As far as I know, the Unlimited Ultimate plan does include built in Travel Pass service. The $12/day you're reading about elsewhere is the typical cost for a Travel Pass session, which would be charged if you do not have Unlimited Ultimate.

That's a great question! On the Unlimited Ultimate plan, your international usage is covered within the country you are in as well as back to/from the USA with no addtional costs. Calss or messages to a different country are charged at regular international rates.

Yes, because calls back to the US are covered in Travel Pass service (which is built into Unlimited Ultimate). The exception would be if you were in a part of the world which Verizon has no interconnection agreement with any carrier there. Then you might be stuck with Pay As You Go rates for international calling. You can check the international coverage map on the website for more details.
