Verizon Lost My Prepaid Account

I have subscribed to a Verizon Wireless Prepay autopay data plan ($20/month for 1GB) for my iPad Mini for over 10 years. I have prepaid on or about the 2nd of every month, and I receive an email every month from Verizon Wireless confirming the $20 credit card charge... every month for over 10 years . The charge for March 2, 2024 did NOT happen and my data plan stopped.  All I want is to restore my existing plan.

I tried logging in to My Verizon, and my account is no longer accessible. The log in email and password still works, but I get an error when I try to view any account details.

I spoke with Verizon, and they said that they have no record of the account, even though they have been charging my credit card every month for the past 10 years. They said that my account was managed by their subsidiary Visible, and that I needed to contact them directly.

So, I contacted Visible....  and they said that they have no record of the account, and that I needed to contact Verizon Wireless!

After being a reliable Verizon Wireless customer for over 10 years, I am now told that my account is lost, and  no one is able to restore my plan. Can anyone at Verizon resolve this?
