I'm pretty upset that I went with Verizon to see if an issue my phone had been having would be fixed. After finding my issue was not resolved, I requested a refund relying on this false promise shown at checkout:
I would not have purchased this plan had I known.
I know its only $45 I was expecting back.
I will never recommend this company to anyone. Also your reps are incredibly rude and unhelpful.

I bought a new iPhone 15 pro since I was going to Europe for a month. The new iPhone is faulty and wouldn’t work. Verizon said I was outta the 30 days to return it even though I had explained I was outta country. I’ve been with them for 27 years. I’m leaving. Poor customer service!!

Doglov3r4ever, it's disheartening to hear that you're considering leaving after over two decades of service. I'm sorry to hear there were issues with your iPhone. What kind of problem was occurring while you were traveling? Has that continued since returning to the U.S.? It'd be a shame to have you leave without doing some troubleshooting with us, so if you can give me an idea of what happened, I'd be happy to help.
