*611 nor 866-837-3387 nor 888-294-6804 gives you the option of talking to a live CSR. This should not be so hard. How do I speak to someone?
sometimes you have to call more than once i notice if i do that i get another set of options and usual option 4 or 6 which will be all other question then the automated teller will ask you to repeat out loud what your problem is then they will connect you but it's annoying because that option will show up at random times
Choose options 4, 5 and 4 and sometimes you might have to hit 4 again but it will tel you then "We are now transferring you to a representative in North Carolina, Georgia, Or Colorado"
