I lost my 4 digit security code years ago. In order to conduct any business, including resting the security code, you must provide the security code. The AI assistant cuts me off after two attempts with their temporary passwords. They give no options to speak to a person. I went to a Verizon store and explained my problem and the manager pointed to a corded phone on a pedestal and said, "We could call, but we'd have to go through the same processes." No help at all.
Unfortunately,, Verizon is the only provider that works in my area or I would move on. So, how do you connect to a Verizon representative?

Have you tried changing it in your MyVerizon account online? The default account pin is usually the last four digits of your social security number, but it doesn't have to remain that number.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Hopefully this link helps.

Surprised the store employees didn't or couldn't help, as the link says they should be able to help you with resetting the PIN so long as you have a photo ID and your phone can accept an account access request link. Maybe it was a 3rd party store and not a corporate one.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
