i purchased my motorola razr+ from motorola but now i my phone and service are blocked because verizon blacklisted the IMEI of my phone. i have all the purchase information available, i already called customer service with no luck how can i solve this? help please

If you have the proof of purchase and Verizon is not helping, file a complaint with the FCC. Good luck. I'm assuming you are the only owner of the phone, but if you bought this as "refurbished" or "pre-owned" it's entirely possible there was some shady history on the phone in the past - and if you aren't the original owner, a blacklist removal cannot be done without the original owner's authorization.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
