I am so upset I have been with verizon over 7yrs and I have a ton of lines I always pay my bill and sometimes I do use the promise to pay option recently the promise to pay has been over charging me instead of charging me for the reminder due it charges me the full amt i usually pay have my bill and set up the promise to pay for the remaining amt when I requested a refund of the over charge I was never refunded I called after waiting several weeks and by that time my next bill is due I was told I was the problem and denied the right to file a complaint I've been Hung up on and transfered so many times it's ridiculous  I think I'll be taking my 16 lines somewhere else
