Blank dashboard in digital secure

Hello, 

I've been having an issue with my Verizon digital secure app. When I open it the dashboard screen is blank. I can't see any settings to toggle VPN or any other options the screen may have.  Is there a fix for this.  I've looked to see if there is an update to the app to fix and there is none.

Hello Samsunfuser9. I'm sorry you are having difficulties with the app. Does this happen with Wi-Fi off? Have you tried deleting and readding the app? If so, any different results? -Joe

Cannot delete the app. Can only disable it and didn't fix the problem. Problem with wifi on and off. Can't see anything on screen.  Help!

I have the same issue except when I click on the button, it’s unresponsive. I called and informed customer care, she made me fill out a feedback form online. We have been trying  to stop you from SHARING OUR DATA and this has not been resolved since March .The person before me posted this in March & it’s still not working.

Wanted to pop in and say I'm having the same issue, but on my PC. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I still just get a blank screen or a screen with the mcafee logo. Nothing else.
