I have my elderly parents on my account. My mother has Alzheimer's. I have Call Filter on their phones and I have tried to block specific numbers but I receive a message that, "We are not able to block ##### on this device." I don't understand why I cannot control who contacts them. Also, even with the Call Filter app that I pay for, we all still receive spam calls. Why?
