Insurance Agreement

I purchased the multi device protection plan for 6 devices all with their own lines. Apparently the sales person didn't enroll one of the 6 devices. When I went to file a claim they told me they won't honor the contract that clearly shows the 6 devices should be covered. To make it worse I cancelled my Google care to switch to Verizons protection and and now I missed the 30 day enrollment by 1 hour.  Worse yet even though it was a Verizon  mistake they won't even let me get the device insured because it has a scratch (reason for claim). So I'm stuck with a scratched device that I can't return, sell, repair, or insure. After 5 years with Verizon I will be taking my 6 devices and 6 lines to another carrier.

That what it seems I'm being forced to do also. After 21/2 yrs.
