If that's the "Verizon Community" emails, then yes, that's a legitimate email. If you don't want any emails regarding your forum activity, you have to go into your forum account here and turn off all community emails.

You're welcome. I just checked my email, and that URL isn't for the forums.
I've also had three emails from this address in the last two weeks - one saying my set top boxes are out of date and two more saying I had issued orders to replace them (which I did not do). I thought it was a fraud but I checked with legit Verizon customer support people on the chat line and they confirmed the emails were valid Verizon emails.
Nevertheless, it was upsetting to get an email confirming an order that Verizon had submitted internally without my consent.
