Make sure to check your coverage   I asked for a new sim card and Verizon without my authorization removed my equipment coverage on my phone. We never spoke about anything other than a new Sim card and that my phone kept cutting out. They took it off and informed me it would be unethical to add it back even though they removed it without consent!!
