Someone on the other side of the country opened another line and added an iPhone onto my account. I’ve been in and out of the hospital with a chronically ill child and didn’t notice it until past the 6 month mark. I have been trying to get help resolving the issue to no avail. This extra line and phone has cost me over $1500 so far with no hope in sight for a solution. Fraud department has been useless and I’m about ready to cancel my entire plan all together and take my business elsewhere. Who can I contact at corporate that can help me resolve this issue?
