It says that it's a verify Verizon Support number,, but now a days I don't believe anything. Is simply for me, you're not part of my contacts, your phone call goes to waste, period.

Verizon, you have someone working on the inside. They are providing details to fraudsters about orders being placed. The fraudster knew I had started an order just yesterday. The phone number is: *****. The caller id shows "Verizon Support" and next to it is an official looking V symbol. Why are you allowing this? Call that number and it sounds like you're calling Verizon. You, Verizon, have allowed this for a very very long time. I see fraudulent activity associated with this number having been reported even years ago. What gives here, Verizon?

I’m getting daily calls from the this number. Yesterday they left a voicemail which the guy said “what’s up bit*h” . If you can’t control your employees behavior, perhaps I need to find a new carrier. I’ve been with Verizon 25 years, mate. Time for a change.

We certainly value your 25-years with us, and wouldn't want to see you leave us, SBinCA. I'll need account access to take a closer look into this, and lift up some feedback. Please be on the lookout for a private message from me.

Looked at watches in the app this morning and Just got called 3 times in 2 minutes the 2nd call happened while the 1st one was taking place and the last call switched mid introduction from a man to a woman, ***** 5/23/25. They said they’d like to talk about lowering monthly bill and promotions I might qualify for and then said they’d send a link that I need to verify so they could gain access to my account. Would not trust it

I just received a phone call from 8002201614 asking if I needed assistance with items in my cart as well. He said he saw that someone was trying to upgrade their phone (and knew what model we were looking at) and asked if I had any questions about the items I was going to order.
I said "you should be able to see if any of those items were ordered if you are from verizon"
He replied that he couldn't see my whole account just the items in my cart and asked again if I had any questions about the items or if I would like to order them.
I just said that I did not have any questions about any items that have been in my cart. He thanked me for "being a part of what makes Verizon so great" or something along those lines.
definitely believe this was a spam call. Scary times we live in
