I had a computer come to my house and they uncovered a very sophisticated personal cyber attack usually intended for journalist politicians and wealthy ceos. ( per the looc district attorneys office).
so what is the policy of companies like Verizon when a. Customer callls to report their device is cloned?
shoild there be a feisty ent that handles such attacks? Why do they have security that says my device is safe when in fact it’s cloned? Or they can see multiple connections on your phone displaying signs it’s hacked
My experience is that Verizon, Xfinity/comcast and Apple keep a sizable distance and your on your own. 100 %. Brutally cold and distant. They do not want the Lu pic to know just how easy it is for someone to use tools and get your passwords and control your devices.
they literally do not want to acknowledge this so they pretend it’s not happening.

These companies don’t even have a department that will accept the report. They send me to fraud but fraud turns be away. They literally pretend it’s not happening.

The report is so detailed. My public education computer was also hacked. I took time off work I’ve been so stressed and depressed and when I returned to work the district tech department was locked out of my account for 18 work days. 3 email handles later they got some of my account and work back. They did give google the report showing the history of attacks. Interestingly a week or so later google started releasing zero day in the wild attacks. patches for the google chrome. But I’ve heard nothing. The attackers never thought I’d be able to sneak a tech person in with tools. And I’m over the attack in detail. But the attacks continue.
