eSim not working no access

I just got a new device through Assurion insurance. I activated with an eSim. It was good for about 24 hours, but now that I've sent the old device back it stopped working. I cannot contact customer service because I have no connected phone line to authorize my account. So I'm going in a loop trying to get my phone back on the network. I have a physical Sim card as well, but because I cannot get text messages, I cannot activate it. I cannot contact customer service at all because I cannot sign in.
