Child’s “device no longer responding.”

  • My child’s app was working fine, then all of a sudden I was notified my child’s app is not working properly.  The app indicated her device was no longer responding. Following my apps directives, sent her a request to pair her device again. When she attempts to do this, she is given the message “Safari can’t open because the address is invalid.” 

Is it possible she  attempted to bypass the VPN and this is why this is occurred? 

how do we get the app reinstalled?

We're sorry to read about the issues with the Smart Family app. Did you try uninstalling the app from your child's device, then reinstalling it to pair to yours again? ~Peter
