Excessive Spam Calls!

Starting in September and then all the way through October and no w in November I receive 10 to 20 Spam Calls a Day. It's out of control. I know Verizon has the "Filter" but that doesn't stop my phone from ringing non stop when I am at work and home. And yes I block them but guess what.....they call me from a different number. Verizon has to make this stop or else this loyal 10 plus year Verizon Family Customer is moving on!

Additionally if you're using iPhone, you can silence unknown callers with these steps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/111106

Here's how to do the same with Android phones: 

1. Open the Phone app 
2. Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner 
3. Tap Settings 
4. Tap Block numbers 
5. Toggle on Block unknown/private numbers

Verizon call filter will not work to fix this and, if you block all unknown numbers, you won't get your calls from doctors offices or other services like that 

Best solution is to get a Google Pixel which includes Google Assistant to screen your calls. I haven't gotten any fraudulent calls since I did that.  I do still get fraudulent texts though, which I report.
