Fraud on my Account.....no help

 The issues my family has been experiencing for over  a year with nothing resolved and my account still hacked. Fraud with Verizon is a serious joke and they do not care about your concerns, safety nor the issues you are experiencing. They then talk to you as if you are making it up when you have clear evidence to show someone is in my account, someone has on multiple attempts attempted or was successful in purchasing devices and getting into my account to change information along with somehow mess with my payments (obviously inside job) and the response is all the same!!! I have been with Verizon for 20 years!!!!! Never have I ever experienced the disrespect, the lack of concern, and unsafe. And no one there has tried to make help or make this right. Instead they talk to you like you are lying and if you become upset, their feelings get hurt.  So here I am still experiencing the issues on my account with tears in my eyes for I do not feel safe with Verizon.  But who holds them accountable? They cut your phone off in a heart beat if you miss a payment. But they do not care if there is suspicious active on your account and that you have called it in on multiple times. Who can help get this resolved? I fear for my family's safety!!!!
