My 11 year old is easily able to bypass all of the Verizon family monitoring filters and schedules. She is not even doing most of it intentionally the app just doesn't work. I read through this community board and Reddit and it doesn't appear verizon cares to make any changes. I have screenshots of the blocked app and yet it shows activity. We are never able to call her from the safe numbers but she can watch youtube videos all night long hours after the internet is turned off per the night schedule. I don't understand why we are all wasting our money.
