Smart Family app WILL NOT WORK.. everything I open it the app immediately closes! I cannot do ANYTHING. Yes, we have un-installed and reinstalled.
Hello, Pezbug98. So sorry to hear of this as you definintely deserve some answers. Are you able to access the Smart Family app via your online My Verizon account or does this happen via phone?

My app just keeps on spinning after uninstall and reinstall. I really wanted this to work. But the app can be disabled on my child's phone by simply turning off the Verizon VPN... Another major critical downfall for this app...
