Good morning my Smart Family app has been functioning perfectly fine for years and this morning when I went to go look at one of my children’s phones text and call logs can see that at least text messages have been sent today, but I’ll call and text log details for today and previous days have disappeared. What can I do to update or get this information back on

My siblings have kids of their own, and I'm sure they'll probably in a few years be getting monitoring stuff set up for their kids' phones. So, I get wanting to be able to review their activity. When we see something like this on the app, the first thing I'd ask is, is the app up to date? If you've not downloaded the latest software update for the app, it could run into issues. Please check on the app in your device's app store/update section, and make sure the Smart Family app is up to date. If your have the Companion App of your childern's devices, I'd recommend making sure its up to date on their phones as well.
