TheSmart Family app will NOT change school schedule!

TheSmart Family app will NOT change! It's stuck on a previous setting. We need to turn this off now that it's summer, my daughter's phone is stuck on school hours and it won't change even after turning her phone off as I alter the schedule and then turn back on, it's still stuck on the previous schedule.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. Devices and apps are all up to date. Child device is properly paired to the app. I’ve even tried using the reset to default which is no restriction and only notifications but it still shuts off my sons phone.

Started with a new update and yes, the device is up-to-date

Mevg09, let's make sure you're able to make those changes to the Smart Family app. Do you have the companion app installed on your child's device? Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the apps?
