Hello.
We have upgraded our phones to iOS 18.1.1 (all are iPhone 12 Pro). Now blocked numbers and blocked texts are being sent to my child's phone. My child is able to communicate with people who are blocked - both via text and phone. It appears that this works whether my child is at school (on WiFi) or just connected to Cellular. I've reinstalled the client Family Companion app on the child phone, but blocked numbers (again, texts and calls) still come through. Also, texts received on the child phone no longer appear as sent/received on my phone (in Verizon Family).
Why am I paying for this app if it will no longer help keep my child safe?
