I have paired my daughter's device successfully, however, when I pause the internet on her phone it doesn't do anything. It says paused on my device, but whenever I use her phone the internet and all apps work

Let's gather more info. How are you setting the restriction? Is the phone connected to Wi-Fi? When did the issue start (did the data limit ever work)? Who else is experiencing this issue? Aside from the data pause, any other problems?
