Earlier this year, a Verizon tech was in our backyard running wires across my yard because people further down the line had added service. .
It's been a few month. the lines are laying all over our yard, and we can’t mow or landscape because there are so many of them.
How do I get the attention of someone to come out and handle the excess wires all over my yard? I don’t want t to cut them and impact someone else’s service.
