A few day ago my mobile went through an unexplained change that resulted in added Apps, different icons for some of my existing Apps, two or three paid subscription apps not working and the addition of Bixby which I didn't have before. Almost like a total reset or something similar. But the biggest change was the disappearance of all of my existing text conversations, which I really would like to retrieve if they are still out there someplace???
