I know how important it is to get your voicemail messages when you miss a call, Phynst. We've seen this error occuring on some Samsung devices where it seems to get stuck downloading voicemail messages. Please try these steps and let us know if it resolves the issue: Settings > Apps > Click on the bar to the right of Your Apps > Turn on Show system apps > Scroll to My Verizon Services and Select > Select Storage > Click Clear Data > Launch the Voicemail App.
