I have a 23s recently I started losiing connection and am unable to use mobile data. Went into Verizon and they installed an eSim card. Didnt help. Still loses connection and no data. Please help.

I've heard of this problem here and there with the Samsung S23 generation. Hopefully it isn't the same thing which really plagued the previous S22 generation, where the flex antenna and charging port board would go out after some period of time, rendering the phone useless except on WiFi.
S22 users reported the repair is pretty cheap, because the replacement parts are cheap so would be more what a repair shop wants for labor.
