Android cannot view current phone usage

I had the problem of not being able to see current usage back in April 24. Its back again. Will you guys please fix this.

Having access to your usage is crucial, and we'll be happy to assist you. Please tell us, what part of your usage is not available? Did you access My Verizon using the account owner or an account manager/authorized user profile?

Yes it was through My Verizon. This seems to be a cyclic problem. You guys do an update to improve something and then we lose the ability to see our current usage. Fix this! If you need contexts just go back and see previous threads. It's the same problem. Again and again.

With respect, it's been over a week since your reply and a month since this repeated issue has come up.  Please update.

Still no action getting this problem actually fixed. I appreciate the replies. At this point it's all just lip service. You will get it fixed when you can. Verizon is top in its class. A recurring issue should't be happening with a company that prides itself in delivering world class service.

When is Verizon going to fix this known issue? Please update exactly where your team is on getting this accomplished.

It's been months now. Verizon is aware of the problem and have  acknowledged so. Yet they seem to put no urgency in getting this fixed or is the team not capable? At this point I wonder.
