When I touch the green symbol with my stylus, the phone is not answering and keeps on ringing.
I disconnect and call the number trying to call me. VERY 😡
Hi, I'm assuming you have a Samsung phone since this thread is in the Samsung forum, or it is an Android phone. Have never used an iPhone, but I would think the process is similar for iPhone. Anyway, if your phone is not being used and the lock screen is on when you get a call, I don't think the stylus will work. To answer the phone while the lock screen is on, you put your fingertip onto the green phone button and slide your finger up towards the center of the phone screen as if you were trying to drag the green phone button into the middle of the screen. This motion is called "swiping". Just tapping on the phone button doesn't work. If you don't want to answer the call, swipe the red button in the same manner and it will immediately hang up.
If you are using your phone for something else and it rings with an incoming call, there will be a little popup message somewhere showing an incoming call with little green and red phone buttons in it. In this case, you do tap on the tiny green phone button to answer the call, or tap the red button to decline the call.
