so i just got me S25 ultra last week and every other app biometrics works fine no problems but not on the verizon app
I can with my tablet but not the phone i did everything that i chould found on google to do like
Check Device Settings
Enroll Biometrics
Check for Updates
Sign Out and Back In
Clear Cache and Data
Reinstall the App
And
Check Permissions
still not working pleaze help
Others have reported the same thing with biometrics login not working with the My Verizon app. My guess is the app isn't compatible and it's on Verizon to upgrade it.
Im sorry this is happening im sure its frustrating, I have tracked down this troubleshooting link that should help.
