When I first insert a fizz sim card today, it show"sim not allowed", so I can't make a call or send a text. I searched online and check the IMEI from the website and went to your website after figure out the carrier.
I can provide the receipt for my phone ,sim card and all sorts of staff. I wonder can I get my phone unbanned? I've just arrived canada and I'm still a student. I don't know whether it's a kind of spam.š

Phones intended for use on the Verizon Wireless network are required to be active on that network for minimum of 60 days before the phone will be SIM unlocked for international use.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I don't recognize the vendor you purchased the phone from. Unfortunately, I see threads like this in the forums constantly, and I suspect your phone was stolen at some point and then disposed of overseas. There are other threads in the forums from people who ordered a new phone and never received it, or else the package they got was empty. So it is very possible that even though your phone was factory sealed in the original box, it could still have been stolen. Your only hope is to get a refund from the seller.

I had only inserted an AT&T prepaid SIM card before, and I don't know if this phone is under carrier and therefore locked.

Thank you, I guess I'll ask a refund from my retailer.
