I have already blocked several numbers. Blocked numbers are able to leave voicemails. I have already checked solutions that have been posted in the forum, and there are 2 'solutions' listed. One is to block them from MyVerizon (app or website online). The other one referenced a knowledgebase item for the Call and Block service where you can block numbers up to 90 days for 5 numbers. But that knowledgebase item specifically says that incoming calls from that blocked number will go directly to voicemail, which is what I'm trying to avoid.
Is there a way to keep that from happening?
(I have already checked the samsung community forum, which says it needs to be done at the carrier level, which is why I'm posting here).
