I left Xfinity mobile to Verizon and ported my number. I am trying to reactive my YouMail account from my old device to new iPhone 15 Pro Max. I noticed I missed calls and messages that I never received. The call forwarding deposit number is #73 (605) ***-****. This number is based in SD. I didn't authorize my number to be forwarded. What is going on?

My guess is this app has a conflict with the way Verizon does voicemail, or it's sending voicemails to your old Xfinity account. Does dialing *86 on your phone for plain voicemail work?
