If your phone is under his account, he can see your data usage details and some stuff about your calls and texts when he's signed into the account. As for actually using your phone, that would depend on if he knows your passcode to get past the screen lock if you have it set that way.

Hello, Finnonuts79. Help is here. We do need more info to ensuer we are answering you properly. What do you mean when you ask, if he can access your account? The account owner can view usage via the online My Verizon account meaning, time stamps of calls and text messages as well as how much data is used. Please clarify as we are here for support.
