Cannot receive photos or GIF via text message. Error You could not receive HTTP-FT.

I continue to receive the message - Error You could not receive HTTP-FT When someone sends a GIF or photo. I am using the Messages app that is on the Samsung 24 Ultra. The app is up to date and I have installed all updates and restarted, Still cannot view these messages.

That's definitely strange. If possible, can you try using another app to make sure that's not the issue. For example, can you try the Google Messages app?
