Clock issues

My clock keeps resetting to an hour behind. I  have check my lock screen and it is set to the proper time zone. When I reboot it reset to the proper time. But as soon as the screen goes dark and I reanimate it, it is back to an hour behind. What is going on and how can I fix this?

Are you in an area which doesn't observe Daylight Saving Time?  I don't know why your problem is occurring, but it might be because the software is programmed to adjust for DST and if where you live doesn't use it, the software doesn't have that provision encoded.

Another possibility is if you live very close to the border for time zone changes and your phone is picking up signal from a tower in the adjacent time zone.
