On 4/19/2024 I visited the Verizon store at 1251 Polaris Parkway, Columbus OH 43240 for assistance.

D K, the customer service representative, greeted me at the door.  DK put the new screen saver on the new phone. He solved the problems we were having with our account, new password, account manager, and owner. He was alert about recognizing the problems. He took the initiative to solve our problems. I recommend working with DK to solve any technology problems regarding cell phones at Verizon.
