Connectivity issues

I have  a Google Pixel 7 Pro, and have been having connectivity issues the last three weeks, with low service bars. I've tried rebooting and no updates are available.

When I do the device health check, it tells me that there is a connectivity issue. When I click it I get a screen that tells me "your phone could be on a better network. your phone can't automatically switch to a faster network if it's available. You're better off in lte/cdma or global modes for better signal strength.". When I click the button at the bottom that says "see settings", it just takes me to the general settings page, rather than the relevant page for changing the setting.

I've looked at the network settings and don't see anywhere I can adjust the network mode. Does utilizing the VPN handcuff me from making this network selection?

Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue on my Galaxy S23. It amazes me no one can help or solve the issue!

Hui nabrri. Don't worry, we can work together to figure out what is going on with your Galaxy S23 connectivity.Do you have more details to share, for example are other Verizon phones having issues? Does the connection suffer everywhere or a specific location? What troubleshooting has been completed so far? Please reply to the following private message to move forward.
