Device Unlock After 60 Days

hi. I am reaching now due to the fact that I have purchased a device online from Verizon. It was in fact finance, but according to law Verizon must unlock a device after 60 DAYS  I have had my device well over 60 days and have not been able to get it unlocked. I’ve called customer service multiple times I keep getting the same runaround has been escalated so this is my last resort before I file a complaint with the FCC, if somebody can, please reach back out to me I would greatly appreciate it

Hello there, you're absolutely right. Within the 60-day timeframe your device should automatically unlock. I'd love to further investigate this with you and get this resolved. Would you be able to send us a Private Note, so we can get started?
