I'm not referring to carrier unlocking the phone. I'm referring to the option that allows the bootloader to be unlocked. It's in the Developer Options. If yes, which models and how do I get one? If no, I don't need an opinion, just say no. I've heard there are international models that support OEM Unlocking, but I don't know if Verizon carries them.
