I mistakenly paid my bill twice the other day and when I called to talk with customer support I talked with one of the Supervisors who went into my account and looked, but since our local provider was bought by Verizon our account is not fully set up. Anyway long story short, after that phone conversation I can no longer receive text messages. I have rebooted, cleared data, took it to our local store (which they did get me back to sending messages). The store fixed the sending part, but I guess never checked the receiving. I need help!!!
sambethecambron We definitely want to help you with your texting concern. Is this issue with short code texts ( like codes sent to access accounts) or all messages? ~Peter
